Tools I can recommend:

  • Kit.com
    • former ConvertKit.
    • free to 10000 contacts (limited functions), then it gets more expensive
    • focused on creators community
    • with internal community tools – you can share other’s newsletter and be shared by other
    • analytics a bit simpler one
    • have a serious screening process for applying, to avoid spammers
    • workflow automation processes
  • Mailerlite.com
    • similar to MailChimp, but cheaper and simpler
    • free for up to 1000 contacts
    • offers also Landing page sites, Sign-up forms and pop-ups
    • good tool for contacts management: contact groupings, dynamic segments
    • workflow automation processes
    • from EU (Lithania), so better for following GDPR and data storage in EU
  • Mailchimp.com
    • one of the first tools for Newsletters, so quite known
    • free for up to 500 contacts
    • tool for contacts management: contact groupings, dynamic segments

  • ActiveCampaign
